Sleight Toolbox
I've been trying to put together a sleight toolbox for beginner and advanced magicians.
Some of the members of the local magic club have suggested we devote some of our meetings to classes on basic sleights. Both cards and coins. My first pass for beginner’s card sleights is:
Simple Force – Like a Cross Cut Double Undercut False Cut – In The Hands False Cut – On The Table False Shuffle – In The Hands Double Lift
Undoubtedly, I’ll be using Paul Wilson’s Royal Road to Card Magi DVDs for guidance, as well as the Kaufman DVD. I find them both greatly under appreciated resources.
I’ll keep you posted as I progress.
